Mustang Survival MD3196SO military life preserver. Sold as used but I don't believe ita ever been wet, no signs of corrosion on the metal snaps. Has an inflation cylinder in it and the inflator shows green so it may be charged but also shows out of date. Buyers responsibility to inspect and rearm as needed.
