Panasonic AG-1960 S-VHS Hi-fi Jog/Shuttle VCR Video Cassette Player Recorder

This player has been tested and does play tapes, but picture is distorted.  May need a good cleaning or tracking adjustment, but was not sure how to adjust tracking.
