There is no date on the box. I was only able to find one image online and it stated it was from 2008.

I am not positive on the date but that was the best I could do.

Photos have been taken on all sides of the item so please see the photos as they serve as part of

the items description.

It states on the box that it does come with batteries. 

I have no idea of the condition of the batteries and if they work as the item is in the sealed box and I have not opened it.

I just wanted to be clear on that.

It is being sold as "As Is" since I am not going to open the box.
