Shipping
We aim to dispatch all items out within
24 hours of payment being received. Same day dispatch, if ordered before 3:00
PM. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. All items will
be shipped via Royal Mail or one of our courier partners. It is buyer
responsibility to provide Royal Mail Verifiable address. Otherwise product will
not be dispatched and order can be cancelled. We make every effort to deliver
goods within the estimated time-scale; however delays are occasionally
inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We as company shall not be under
liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated
time-scale. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date, when
the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
Terms of Sale
We offer a 30-days money back
guarantee. Products shall be un-opened and un-used. Buyer has 30-days after
receiving the item to return it. Buyer pays for postage cost, unless the
product is faulty. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try our
best to make sure that every item is as accurate as possible. In the case,
customer does not receive product. Customer shall inform us after 15-days “But
no more than 20-days” of placing the order. We will raise the query with Royal
Mail, and that will take further 15 days to be sorted.
