I am definitely not a comic book guy, but I would say this is in VF condition. There is minimal wear & it feels extremely crisp for its age! There is a bump/crease on the front cover on the inside edge of the spine from opening the issue to read. It has a strong musty/“used book store” smell to it, not sure how else to describe it!
