I am definitely not a comic book guy, but I would say this is in Fine condition. There is a bump/crease on the front cover on the inside edge of the spine from opening the issue to read, and bends/creases on the top corner of the front & back cover. The bend affects the top right corner of pages, as seen in photos! It has a strong musty/“used book store” smell to it, not sure how else to describe it!
