Cute Kitty Cat theme tea set
made by The Colonial co. Pottery company, East Liverpool , Ohio. 1903-1929
not sure how old , probably made in the 1920s,
Set includes:
-Teapot 3 3/4" tall. Missing Lid. a few tiny nicks at spout. lots of nice crazing/aging lines in glazing. the graphics on one side is missing a part of the saucer that the kittens are drinking from.
-Creamer Pitcher. very good with a few little nicks at one area at the widest part near the bottom.
-Sugar Bowl. Lid is Cracked and Glued back together.
- Three little teacups /demitasse ? cups measure 2" tall. Teacups All have some hairline cracks, 1"-2", a few tiny nicks on top rim, bottom underneath rims appear rough but seem to have been made this way since they are glazed. You may still be able to use these but I would not guarantee it.
-Three Saucers. 5" diameter. some wear/scuffs on a few of the graphics. some aging/crazing lines. a few flaws in glazing from manufacture.
-Three dessert/cookie/biscuit 7 1/4" plates. various condition. 1. very good with a little light wear on center graphics, a few little flaws in glazing from manufacture. 2. very good with lots of aging /crazing lines. 3. lots of aging/crazing lines that are browned, some other tanning in pottery. and a few nicks on edge.
Antique old china tea set. pieces have various amounts of wear. sold as is. no returns.
