tag is cut out but believe outer is leather;  fun bright striped lining; 2 pockets in front; 1 zip pocket inside and 2 slip pockets; lining has a stain on bottom and a few other small ones; i will work on trying to clean; see last pic there is a small abrasion on front pocket but due to texture of leather not very visible or just in some angles;  smoke-free home
