Our cork backings are 1/16 thick and available in two different sizes to offer you the perfect fit for your tile coaster projects:

Size 1: 3.75” x 3.75” cork backing. (Perfect fit for 4” x 4” tiles like Tuscany or Tumbled Stone Tile)

Size 2: 4” x 4” cork backing. (Perfect fit for 4.25” x 4.25” tiles like ceramic or glass tile)

How to use:

• Make sure your tile is dry and free of dust before applying the cork backing.
• Align properly and leave an equal sized border all around for a professional look.
• Press cork backing down evenly.
• Lay tile flat on cork backing after applying and let it sit for a while.

General Information:

We receive our cork backings in large rolls and will cut them to your order quantity. Because the cork backings are delivered on a roll, they will have a slight curve when laid down flat. The cork backing will stay flat after you apply it to the tile. Therefore we recommend that you use the cork backing only on stiff tile projects and not on flexible materials like fabric or thin cardboard.
