Comments

The coin is composed of silver with a fineness of 0.9 and has a strike type of proof. It features the image of Benjamin Franklin on the obverse and an Eagle on the reverse. This coin was minted in Philadelphia and is considered uncirculated with a proof strike with a superior grade. The coin is encapsulated in an NGC holder and carries the Star designation because of the fabulous eye appeal and likely just misses a CAMEO designation.  This Franklin half dollar is an excellent addition to any coin collection and a great piece of American history and is a great value considering is wonderful eye appeal.

Note: There appears to be some scratches in some photos - we assure you these are not visible by the naked eye - these are typical faint lines on the holder that our camera picked up!
