Vintage children felt boots with galoshes (waterproof overshoes). Never used.

Made in the USSR in circa 1960s. Light gray thick felt. Black rubber galoshes. 

They are intact and able to serve as purposed.

There is no label with size, so it's my measurement:

For foot length ~ 18 - 19 cm or 7"- 7 1/2" / EU 30 - 31 / UK 11.5 - 12 / USA&Canada 12.5 - 13

Height: 27 cm / 10 1/2".
