Neat vintage fidget toy, called the "Handee Dandee Bullshit Grinder". You spin the arm around and around and really get no where. "Compliments of B&G Machine Inc" of Seattle Washington. It seems that this company is still in business, but this has some age to it. Possible 1980's?
About 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" x7/8" base block with trapezoidal channels cut into it. Then there is two trapezoidal prism blocks connected by a metal rod. Spin the rod around and around and it accomplishes pretty much nothing.
