2006 Westinghouse landscape lighting- sealed when I purchased it at estate sale- I opened it to verify that all the pieces were present. It is complete- the post measures 14” and the shorter post with the lamp shade measures 5” from the bottom of the post to the start of the curve that leads to shade. (I did not include the threads section of the post in the measurements.
