Measures approx 2 3/8" T x 2" W" tall. Feels like it's full and never been used 

Very good vintage condition. Typical light surface corrosion to exposed metal, but nothing egregious. Label shows is in excellent condition for an item of this age/nature and presents very well. See photos.
