Because of our reputation for legendary quality, all Dufferin cues are backed by a one (1) year guarantee against manufacturers defects. The warranty period extends for one (1) year from the original date of purchase and is non-transferable. Claims made after one year or claims that are not accompanied by the original receipt are subject to manufacturer approval. This warranty excludes warpage and damage due to wear, by a third party, or resulting from abuse or mishandling.

Pool Cues: Specific Weight Request: In some cases we can adjust
the weight of a pool cue to your liking prior to shipping (18 to 21 oz).
When submitting payment via PayPal, you can place your weight request in
the "Message to Seller" box. If you missed it, you
can always contact us right after payment via eBay “Messages-Contact
Seller”. If you do not specify a weight, you will generally receive
a cue around 19 oz unless otherwise requested. Cue Tip Change: In many cases we
can change the tips on our cues to one of your preference. We stock a
wide variety of the most popular tip brands. There will be an up-charge
for the labor and cost of tip. There may also be a 1 to 3 business
day delay in shipping to conduct the necessary labor. Please contact
us prior to purchase for price/tip availability.
USPS Info: We will provide a delivery
confirmation number on each shipment. USPS may not necessarily
"courtesy scan" your item at each location. Therefore, it may appear
that it is not moving, but that is probably not the case. Parcel Post shipments
won't be "courtesy scanned" at all and will only update once
delivered. SHIPPING TIMES ARE NOT
GUARANTEED and may have
delays especially around holidays or severe weather.
Continental USA Shipping: In most cases we ship via USPS with delivery
confirmation or UPS ground with tracking. Generally, your item will
ship per the timeline shown in the listing.

Territories Shipping: Non-Continental USA destinations and territories
include Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO etc.
