This is a Old Native pair of snowshoes -  possibly for a child.  They measure 17" long by 7" across. Made From Local Tree Branches or Sticks. Some of the twine looks to be handmade and some looks to be gut.  There are straps of old cloth that look to have been used to tie on the snowshoe.  The condition is only fair - see the close-up photos.
