Due to increased printing costs, shipping costs and promotional fees, I will no longer be offering my custom plans for purchase.  There is a very limited number of plans still available.  Once my current, limited supply is gone I will not have them available for you.  If you have any significant interest in my product I would encourage you to proceed with your purchase as quickly as possible.  Some plans have a larger supply available than others but my thresholds are based on previous sales quantities.

Can't find that perfect workshop plan that has been custom designed and suits all the needs of the amateur or professional woodworker?  Look no further.  Here is a plan for a 14' x 20'' workshop with spacious access doors, overhead ventilation and a full 13' ceiling so you can turn those long pieces when you need to.   Plans include detailed drawings as well as a complete materials list and estimated costs in 2018 (cost will vary depending on where you are located and what materials are available to you).   Details are for a fully insulated and vinyl sided building.  Although not specified, lighting and electrical are budgeted but left for placement by final builder.  Porch decking is not included in the plans due to site restrictions.   Experienced building skills beyond limited beginner will be a strong asset in building this custom structure.

Architectural plans are provided and are drawn to scale (scales are provided within the drawings).  Buyers should have knowledge of residential building skills, how to read blueprint type documents and be able to convert dimensions and drawings from scaled drawings to calculated dimensions.  These are NOT craft project plans and patterns.  Strongly recommend residential building skills or use of a general contractor in the process of completing your project.  It is a CUSTOM design and requires ability to do CUSTOM work.

No cancellations, refunds or returns are accepted.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL!   Once paid for I incur fees, postage and packaging costs that are not recoverable from the Ebay refund process.  Once you buy the item it is yours and will be shipped to you by First Class Mail.  First Class Mail does not have tracking numbers and should arrive to you within about 10 days.  The Covid virus slowed down this process which I have no control over.  Package will be in a 9 x 12 manila envelope from Wooden Pieces.
