Acceptable condition / covers and spine show staining / signed by author "Wley Oakley  Roamin man of the Smoky Mts.-" / several pages have water staining with some having dirt staining / I have not tried to clean any of the book pages or covers for fear of smearing the ink / easy to read still with black and white photos
