You are buying a NIB sealed Transformers Revenge of Optimus Prime from 2008.
I bought this years ago to collect and it's been safely in a box since I purchased it originally. I cannot guarantee it is in mint condition, but back in the day I purchased figurines that were in good shape at the store and kept them carefully in a box.
