Framed canvas is approximately 35" x 33".

Gold "bamboo look" frame.  It looks like this painting has been somewhat recently reframed.  The paper back on back is ripped though. 

I do see a faint signature at bottom right but can't read it.  Possible the number 40 also.  See black and white photo.
