This is a fabulous 1912 early 19teens wrapper, morning robe if you will.  Think Titanic and Rose's yellow morning outfit after she spends the evening with Jack when Cal becomes violent....aaaaaanyway, this is a similar piece of clothing.  It is made of a super thin cotton that has window panes and dots, like if dotted Swiss and window panes had a baby. It features a lovely pelerine collar and kimono sleeves, and closes with metal hooks and thread bars that you can see in one of the photos.  One of the eyes needs to be reattached. It is trimmed with really beautiful lace and beading trim that a ribbon could be beaded through. It does have some spots of hole damage that you can also see in the photos, but on the whole it is a magnificent piece of history and would be totally wearable!

Please see all photos for condition and any flaws.

Measurements are taken to the best of my ability:
35" bust
32' waist
14" across shoulders in front
52" long shoulder to hem front
54 1/2" long shoulder to hem back

Listing for wrapper only. Table runner not included.

Hello there! I thought I would share a little bit about who you are buying this item from. My name is Gina and for the past 40 years, I have been an avid collector of antiques. At one point in time, my dream was to have a fabulous fashion museum that housed clothing, underwear, shoes, accessories and various items from the 1830s to the 1930s. Well, over time, that dream became a very unhealthy obsession so I am selling the vast majority of my museum off. My obedience to God is your gain! For most of last year I sold quite a bit of the museum on my Instagram page @thehouseofwhyte and that was fun, but a little too regimented for me and caused quite a bit of stress and anxiety. I am hoping that eBay is a better place to offer my items to new homes! I also sell newly crafted items on Etsy at theHOWboutique, if you would like to check out my integrity as a seller there!
