This is a rare panel picture from a 1935 Football Illustrated Pictorial Annual for the player(s)/coach/team in the Title.  It is not a card and a cut out oddball made of paper. They took these pictures from the best players on each team and university.  Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this item.
