classic MOD office dress - mock turtleneck collar and fitted top...the skirt section of dress has a criss cross design and a bit og a flare to it...orange faux patent leather belt with goldtone square buckle....could not find any tags in dress...there is a size 10 on underside of belt. Nylon zipper with a metal tab. Small pull in top square of skirt (see pic) - not bad at all
