This is a vintage Ballantine ale - beer foam scrapper - blue with gold writing. Newark NJ. This is well used. 8 1/2 inch in length. The plastic is scratched and on the back scrapped, dented and black marks.
This is from my father in laws bar that closed in the early 1990's.
