Figure comes as shown in pictures. This figure looks like it's never been removed from the packaging and it's very possible it hasn't. The card is unpunched but does have some signs of wear to edges/corners. The blister has lifted 90% off the card and yellowed. Original price sticker in the upper righthand corner of card. The pins in the knees are bright silver and the bottoms of his shoes are untouched. This has not been removed from packaging while in my possession and will not be removed for any reason. The only returns on preowned items accepted will be for items received damaged due to improper packing (not mail mishandling) or not as described in description or in messages.
Preowned returns are at the cost of buyers and will have to be inspected before refund is given.
Order canceling will only be allowed if done within 3 hours of purchase with messages asking to cancel and the reason. All paid for orders asking to be cancelled will subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Since its becoming way too frequent with order canceling and reason being the cat did it or my kids were playing with my phone. We will no longer take the hit in wasted time and listing space/fees due to this.
New items can be returned in 5 business days for partial return. 20% restocking fee will will apply.
Payment should be immediate but is allowed by Ebay 48hrs. Any items not paid for in 48hrs will automatically have unpaid item cases opened. After 4 days of no payment / communication the item will be relisted. The buyer will be blocked and the case will be closed at the allotted time.
