Beautiful Vintage Vera Mont Black Jacquard Steam Punk Skirt

Vera Mont France Steam Punk Style Black Jacquard Long Skirt with Stretch. Fitted to lower hip and then flared. Slightly longer at back than front.  Fully lined with net layer at hem on lining.  I have pinned up the hem to show how it can be worn if preferred to show off the net lining.
