Seller Note

If the printer does not work after installing the cartridge, clean the chip contacts of the cartridge with an eraser or cotton swab. Be careful not to touch the ink nozzles at the bottom of the cartridge.

Precautions for Ink Cartridge Use

1. When handling new ink cartridge,don’t touch the electrical contacts or print head nozzle on a cartridge.

2.Do not remove the electrical contacts except for the protective tape. Otherwise the machine will not work properly.
3.If the printer prompts "Low Ink" or "Empty" (or similar messages), you can click "OK", "Continue" or "√" to bypass the printer prompts and use the cartridge directly.

2. Please do not use the PayPal note field to instruct us to ship to another address. The note will not be read. If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us via eBay message.

1. We will provide you with free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

2. Free shipping does not include shipments to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO BOX, military addresses/bases APO and FPO.

3.Shipping within just 24 hours after receipt of payment. (If there is a weekend or holiday in between, the term will be extended accordingly.)

Returns

1. Full refund (excluding shipping costs) is available within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any defective or damaged item can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase.

2.Any defective/damaged item can be replaced within 180 days from the date of purchase (we define an item as defective only if it does not function as described).
