You are buying this Philadelphia 5k LOVE RUN medal attached to a satiny ribbon.  Dated 2018.. It is the one pictured here. It has been stored in a box with other heavy medals so there may be chips or other signs of wear that I may not have pictured.  It is overall in good condition
