Payments are due within 24 hours of purchase. We accept payments through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay with a major credit card you will be able to do so through the PayPal site. When you click the Pay Now button you will be directed to the PayPal site where you have this Payment Option for Non PayPal Members. If you are using an eCheck through PayPal your package will be shipped as soon as the funds are deposited in our account, which usually takes a few days to clear.  Returns

We will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in the condition you received them in with the original box and/or packaging. Do not tape or attach the label directly to the shoebox. Returns received without the original shoebox will not be accepted. If shoes are returned worn or with scuff marks on the bottom there will be a 30% restocking fee, so we suggest that you try them on inside on carpet. If you are not pleased with the item you ordered, please send us an email for instructions on how to return your merchandise. The customer pays the shipping charges on returned items if the Item and size were shipped correctly, but the shoe does not fit. If the merchandise is not defective, but did not meet customer's expectations, they will also be in charge of covering the shipping fees. Please give us the opportunity to resolve any issues before leaving feedback. The transaction is not complete until you are satisfied!
