New, old stock, in a somewhat dilapidated box, steel and brass handle ferrules. These were made by the Waterbury Brass Goods Corporation, a company that has not done business under this name in over 100 years. There are 12 nested ferrules in each stack, for a total of 36, ranging in diameter from 1" down to about 1/4". Two stacks are for the base of a handle, and the third are domed caps. I'm guessing that the domed caps are either for the top end of a handle or to be drilled to precisely fit the bottom end of the handle.
