This postcard shows an amazing close up view of a trolley car and conductors! The sign over the window appears to read Fairview or Fairmont? Trolley car is number 381 and has a cow catcher on the front.
The back of the postcard is handwritten and reads:
The sender mentions the fact that the recipient might like to see the card because it shows her husband in uniform. There is a streetcar conductor named Forrest L. Schork living in Denver as of the 1920 census, The card is address to Mrs. Forrest Schork! Forrest was also living in Denver and working as a streetcar conductor there in 1910.
Card back is divided and postmarked. Condition is good but has some lower right corner creases as shown in the scan. Guaranteed vintage and original. The watermark is not on the postcard you are buying here.
