For sale is this great Sony CDP-970 Compact Disc Player.

I would class this CD player as being in a good, used condition with a few marks, scuffs and scratches from wear and use.  The worst of these are on the top and side panels which also has some fading.  Please check out all the pictures as these make up a large part of the description and show the condition well.

This CD player is in full working order (plays quickly and quietly), and it sounds superb BUT it is very sensitive to touch and will skip nearly every time it, or the surface it is on, is touched.  If you just put a CD on and leave it, or control it from the remote, it won't cause you an issue, but it certainly shouldn't be that sensitive, so would ideally be looked at by the new owner before use!

I have taken a picture with the lid removed in case it is of use to anyone to see inside.

Due to the above, it is being sold as working but SOLD AS SEEN - NO RETURNS AT ALL.  I HAVE NOT INVESTIGATED THE PROBLEM AT ALL AND THERE COULD BE OTHER ISSUES RELATED, OR UNRELATED, TO THE SENSITIVITY.  FOR SPARES OR REPAIRS ONLY.

It comes with attached power cable and non-original remote control, which works perfectly, just takes a little time to learn the buttons. Nothing else included.
