I liquidate philatelic
estates for heirs, families, trustees, and executors, and I have taken on a bit
too much lately, so you will see a lot of listings! I have been APS (and
SPA before that!) for 40 years and was China Stamp Society and ISJP for years.
I combine shipping and
cut costs on multiple orders always (PLEASE wait for my invoice with combined
purchases!)
I will gladly work out
volume discounts if you want to buy $50 or more of items. I do NOT generally like offers 1c, 25c or $1
below my opening – it is a bit cheap and disrespectful. I will listen if you think I have something
wrong, however! Also, I will usually end
an auction for an offer at or above my open if it makes sense.
I try and verify
everything I list but occasionally I get something wrong - please be assured,
everything is fully guaranteed, and I will correct a mistake if I can, and
repay expertizing if you get an expertizing opinion that is negative- which has
never happened to me. Buy with confidence!
I use First Class Mail
almost exclusively and domestically it usually takes two weeks or MORE for
delivery with the virus pandemic and the political intervention in the
USPS! Mail disruptions due to staff shortages are
common. International mail is facing pretty long delivery times –
expect 4 weeks for delivery to Asia!
TRACKING NUMBER NOTE: I usually use USPS first class mail
because 1) most stamps fit in a letter sized envelope (Letters are not tracked
by USPS without paying Registration fees that are exorbitant), 2) I also use US
vintage, collectible postage stamps from all periods to post the letters
because most of my customers like it. However, eBay provides
tracking with their labels, so if you want that instead of real stamps on
envelopes, or other special services, especially outside the USA, just let me
know and we can work out costs. When I mail your purchase, I mark
it as shipped on eBay.
HOW TO FOLLOW MY SALES: Click “View seller’s other
items” at the top right of this page, then “Name” the search, use the drop-down
box to “12 Months” and click “Save”. That is all there is to
it.

accounts for reasons too eBay policy to tell, but do look for gr-stamps1,
gr-stamps2, and gr-stamps3 (pretty cool names for Globalranger Philatelics, right?)
