Users with a water tank, water tower, or non-running water, or whose water pressure is too low (The drop height of the water tank and water tower is less than 19.68ft.) are not recommended to buy it. This product should only be used when properly and safely connected to a constant, stable power and water source. For low water pressure areas such as water tanks, please consult the online service before purchasing.
