This ornate piece is from a friends' grandmothers' estate in Mammoth Cave, Kentucky. This was used as an apothecary cabinet. It is homemade. It is made of a light wood. It can hang or sit flat on a table or cabinet. There are two holes inside at the top for hanging. It closes well with the magnets and the drawers open and close easily. It has two shelves and two drawers. There is a miniature nail on the top interior of each door for hanging something. Possibly dried herbs. I added some medicine, oils, etc., to help show room on the shelves. Flat on bottom and flat on top.
