This is the Vintage Mosrite Fuzz-Rite Fuzz Electric Guitar Effect Pedal.
I believe this is a 1968 due to the housing and silicon transistors.
The battery switch was replaced with a adapter in at some point.
This Mosrite pedal is in exceptional overall condition as you can see in pics.
Tested and works as it should.
