VINTAGE RARE EUROPEAN VERSION of Sansui G871DB receiver same as the SANSUI G8700DB-MAKE AN OFFER-The FACE PLATE is BLACK ALUMINUM and the Sansui G8700DB IS silver- Receiver Looks to be all original and does not seem to have been touched or WORKED on inside case-Believe it to be a1979 second production run receiver based on serial Number #810020016.- In today's Dollars it would cost you $3878.00- These receivers were only sold in European Military PX's and are fairly RARE in the USA- Will come with a Operating Manual-(A repro manual) - RECEIVER Operating Condition is 9.7  or better.-CASE has one small bruise on top of case-Hard to see-Photo #8-CASE IS 9.8 OUT OF 10.0--Receiver back from shop 04/05/24-LED's upgraded-cleaned-adjusted-switches lubed-on/off button replaced-NO ISSUES FOUND--Receiver tested every function  Triple Tone Control (Bass, Mid-range, Treble) Tone Defeat, Loudness, Subsonic, High, Audio muting, auto, mono, FM Muting, MPX noise Canceller, Dolby FM Decoder, AM. Lights for Tape,Phono1,2, FM, AM. AM tunes stations with antenna and FM signal is strong and AM also strong with Antenna Wire -Would recommend prior to powering up that the receiver be grounded for safety- The quality of components used in these receivers was grade A++I The receiver is running my PIONEER HPM100'S and BOSE 901 SPEAKERS-NO ISSUES-Also prior to power make sure that power button is in off position and that speaker buttons are off and Volume control at Zero- Also recommend that any receiver powered on be GROUNDED-This is a vintage receiver -not a new receiver-As with old cars maintenance will needed as the years go by-this includes Vintage receivers-This is a RARE receiver AND SELDOM COME UP FOR SALE IN THE USA- and has all the power you need to run your gear-You will not find a better receiver to meet your Audio needs than this receiver can provide in it's current condition-Please read the OPERATORS MANUAL prior to powering up-Please
