Engine is new old stock, appears to be complete and comes with everything shown in the main photo.  Some wear to box due to age.  Paper wrapped parts were unsealed to show what is included.  Made in the 80's.  Very hard to find especially with everything included.  Please review photos carefully for condition and identification.  Sold as is, no returns.  Shipped by USPS.
