This is an original Antique / Vintage Wood Mask from East Java or possibly the island of Bali.  My father purchased this particularly Grotesque mask in the mid 1960's during the period he was a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S Embassy in Jakarta.  My guess is this piece most likely dates from the early to mid 1930's. Please review all pictures thoroughly prior to purchase.  The lower jaw is loosely held to the upper jaw with two rubber pieces nailed into the wood

Mask Dimensions:  8 inches long, inches high, 5 3/4 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches in depth.  Weight: 6.6 ounces (186 grams)
