Stickers measure 25mm and fit perfectly in each box on the chart. There are 5 different cute star designs with different coloured backgrounds and smiley faces.

You can use one chart per child, with a task per row and the days of the week in the columns, or use one chart per week, with a child per row and the task across the top in the columns. There are examples and ideas on how to use included with each chart

There is a space at the bottom of the chart to write in what the reward for completing the chart will be. Can be used for multiple children or multiple goals for one child.
