The colorful tin sifter is well formed with lots of interesting details, the wood handle that turns the internal sifting mechanism has the original yellow paint. The bottom has a fine screen to sift the baking materials. The decoration on the sifter has bold red & yellow Pansey's. The tin handle is well attached. Everything is in good condition and works properly.

The sifter is about 5 3/4" high and has a 4 1/2" diameter.

This is a very nice still quite usable kitchen collectable.
