Measures Approx 10 1/2" T x 11" Wide 

I find this as NAO # 227 or 02000227 or 002010227 "Oriental Melody" by Artist Vicente Martinez

This piece has been in storage for 20+ yrs. I do not have original box...

I try to do my best researching dates etc... 

From everywhere I looked, this is the 1st NAO Mark used in the early 1970's However 

I only find this piece Issued in 1992...
