~ 3/8" X 1/2" scuff/ding on crown.  ~ 1/4" X 1/4" scuff on upper wire ridge.  A few minor (1/4" to 3/8") chips on edge of base.  ~ 2 inch  fracture within front skirt (contained within the glass between the G and M).  Crude glass in lower skirt typical of WGM insulators.
