LEGO Duplo #2827 Little Forest Set in original box VERY RARE

Condition:

Box has been opened and has some wear as shown in photos. One of the bags of the duplo parts is still sealed as well as the book and tape. The other duplo parts are in very good condition. I believe it is missing only the one large (2x8) green block. (If I find it I will amend)

Box has some wear….no plastic on front. (I think it originally did?) and marker on front.
