The white with black lettering flags are numbered 1-9 and are in a sealed bag.  They are made of durable nylon and are a tube 

design.  The part number with R & R Products is R742.

The yellow with black lettering flags are numbered 10-18 and have never been used but were removed from the package.  The 

seperate picture of the number 12 flag is because it looks like there is a little mark on the right of the number 1 toward the top.  

I don't think there is any concern that it will affect the flag at all.  They are made of durable nylon and are a tube design.  The part number with R & R Products is R739.
