LAGUIOLE STYLE - Laguiole style of knives originated in France. This beautiful and well crafted set is inspired by the original Laguiole style knives manufactured in the small village of Laguiole in the Massif Central region of France.  As in the tradition of Laguiole knives we constructed the blade to be 4.5 inches in length with a serrated edge for easy cutting. The total length of the knife is 9 inches from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle.
