The Backing on these letters, embellishments or tape for the longevity for the stickiness.

Over the years, when I and other professionals have used any of these letters, or embellishments, we have had to use another glue to hold them in place.    One of the best we found was Tombow Mono Liquid Glue. There are other glues that some have used. This is the case for any Embellishments, with sticky on the back of them, or tape we have used when placing paper or pictures on a page or card.   I have had to go through and redo all of my work and many others have had to as well.   I hope you are able to work with this, or have become aware of this over the years.
