The Electronic Sheriff Woody was made by Mattel in 2008 and released in Europe, Asia, and Australia. It is unknown why these weren't released in the United States.

There are two versions of this figure: one created before the release of Toy Story 3, and includes a majority of the pull-string phrases heard in the movies, while the other was created after Toy Story 3 and phrases related to the film such as, "You've got a date with Justice, One Eyed Bart!" and "I'm going to college! Look at me, I'm a big toy on campus!". Both versions of this doll are voiced by Jim Hanks.
