For example, a new with tags item must be returned new with tags in unworn condition. Items cannot be returned that are worn or in damaged condition (without tags, perfume, cologne, deodorant, smoke, damaged, etc.). Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unless the return is for an item not as described you have 30 days after the delivery date given in the listing. Although we offer free or fixed price shipping on many items, actual shipping costs may vary.
