This set of Mega Bloks are from the set #10516 Thomas & Friends at the Sodor Fair. It comes with everything you see here including the track, Ferris Wheel and other various block pieces.

The condition is as shown in the photographs. The set is incomplete and does not have the Thomas the Tank Engine piece among other misc. pieces.
